2. How can I add a profile picture?

To add or edit your profile picture, go on the "Profile" section then click on "edit". Here there are all your data and you can edit all of them if you want.
To change your profile picture, click on the circle.

3. How to receive update from a user?

On wezzoo, you can follow users to be notified when they are posting a weather observation.
Go on the user profile (click on his name or on his profile picture) and choose "Follow" .

4. I don't receive notifications when someone follows me or adds a comment on one of my observation

Maybe did you turn off notifications.
Check it and go on "settings" section, then on "notifications".
Here you can turn on or turn off all alerts.

6. How can I log out?

Pour vous déconnecter, il vous suffit de vous rendre sur go on the "settings" section. Then click on the cross on the upper right side of the page.

7. How delete my wezzoo account?

Are you sure to want to delete your wezzoo account?
Today you can't do it on the app. You have to send us an email at: contact@wezzoo.com
All the wezzoo team will be very sad, if you want to tell us why you want to delete your account, contact us at contact@wezzoo.com

The Application

1. How can I see the temperatures' map?

By default, wezzoo opens opens the observation's map (fair, cloudy, light rain, etc.).
To change map to the temperatures one, stay in the "map" section and click on the first icon the "eye" in the top bar. Then you can choose which map you want to see.

2. Why does my photo appear twice in the activity?

It happens sometimes when your phone doesn't have a good internet connexion: maybe you've tried several times to publish your observation. If we realize you posted twice or more, we'll delete one of your photo, the one without "likes", or comments.

3. How to know who like my observations?

6. An observation doesn't seem to be right, how to report it?

wezzoo allows people to share their local weather and impression about the weather.
That's why, every wezzoo user can "report" a photo or an observation with the "exclamation mark"every observation detail.
Several posts form different people will delete it.
The wezzoo team delete only offensive, abusive and right protected contents.

8. Why some words have the symbol # prefixed?

It's a hashtag: it's a clickable word (letters, numbers and "_").
When you post a new observation, you can use hashtags in caption (e.g. Nice #blue #sky!). Your observation will be linked to all hashtag. A hashtag is clickable and returns all observations that contain this hashtag.

9. Is the app available for other smartphones than iPhone?

Today, wezzoo is available for iPhone and iPad... but the Android version is coming soon ! ;)

10. I really like wezzoo! How can I share the app with my friends?

It's really simple!
Go on your profile and click on the icon in the top left corner. You can invite your friend with Facebook or by email.
